Get In Line!

Guide Guide is so useful, its creator Cameron McEfee named it twice. This is for the web geeks out there like me, who revel in making our Photoshop workflow easier (except when it come to using Bridge - that program I still don't get) but up until now still had to painfully count or use otherwise very analog ways of laying out a webpage and its margins. Frankly, I really need this right now since I'm in the thick of reassessing new web proportions for 2011 (don't get me started on iPad app designs), as I look at all the sites I go to and compare them to the sites I've created, and there's a big optimization discrepancy. It's amazing that someone independent of Adobe had to go and create this because the Adobe peeps didn't think of it first, but you often need an outside perspective to (wait for it) guide you. Get Guideguide free for Adobe Photoshop CS4 and 5 for free from Cameron McAfee's site here.
