Shoe Trees
Margiela's iconic laceless laceup goes unnaturally natural with a wood grain finish, proving that whole grains shouldn't be limited to just your diet. I'm not quite sure how they get that effect, but that's part of the beauty of it - no one else will either. The other part is the appeal of the rather effective finish, which should go well with all manner of sartorial statements while subtly standing out upon closer inspection. In an age where we're all harboring sleek and shiny modern tech, a little faux bois is a fun way to sneak in something more natural. It's enough to give a guy a little wood.
Check them out for $650 at Farfetch, or wherever Margiela shoes are sold.
